If you’re here, there is a good chance that you’re already riding regularly. What if I told you there is a way to do it a little more intentionally?
I would like to offer you a one-on-one cycling coaching, built around a close, ongoing relationship between athlete and coach.
Rather than following a fixed template, a generic plan, I shape the training around you. Your goals, schedule, your preferences. Tailor it to how your body responds to the training stimuli. I create plans weekly and adjust it continuously, based on your feedback, performance, and how you’re feeling on and off the bike.
For some athletes this means fixed, programmed workouts. For others, training can be navigated more loosely, by using terrain guided intervals, group rides, or longer exploratory adventures instead of sticking to a timed based session. I see both approaches as useful tools, and mix them together if necessary.

I can help you adjust your training to fit your needs. Whether you are an ADHD individual who needs a high level of dopamine from your sessions, and autistic who thrives on predictability, or any other flavor of neuroatypical person, I got you covered. As an AuDHD individual myself, I know the mental load that comes from a workout that is either too monotonous, or a plan that is not predictable enough.
I can prepare you for longer trips
As you might read on this page, I have experienced enough adventures to understand how challenging they can be. But with my guidance, you will be able to tackle them - day by day, climb by climb.
I coach other athletes as well
The aim is to build a sustainable rhythm of training that fits into your life. I pay attention to consistency, recovery and motivation. I want your progress to feel steady rather than forced.

How does it work
This style of coaching tends to suit riders who value communication and relationship between coach and athlete, and who want guidance that evolves over time rather than a static plan built up front.
I deliver my coaching remotely, via online platforms like TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu, with regular contact via instant messaging platforms and video calls. We usually begin with a short introductory call to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

In-person technical training
In addition to remote coaching, I also offer in-person skill sessions focused on technical skills.
We can work on things like:
- bike handling and control
- cornering and descending
- braking and line choice
- aerodynamic body position
The goal is to improve your confidence, flow, and efficiency on bike. By working on technical aspects of your riding, you can improve not only your speed, but also your safety.
I can also help you to integrate these new skills into your everyday riding and training.
In-person sessions can be standalone, or integrated into ongoing coaching, depending on what makes the most sense for you.
